Great News!
I’m starting something new, and I wanted you to hear about it from me first. Whether we’ve worked together before, stayed in touch over the years, or simply haven’t connected in a while, I’d like to do a better job of sharing information you can actually use.
Over the coming weeks and months, I’ll be sending helpful articles about homes and real estate — not just buying and selling, but many of the things that come with living in, maintaining, improving, and making decisions about a home. Topics may include:

Each email will link to an article with my name and photo at the top, so you’ll know the information is coming from me.
In most cases, you can expect to hear from me every few weeks. If you’re actively buying, selling, or renting, I may also send information that’s more specific to what you’re doing at the time.
You may occasionally see a topic we’ve talked about before. That’s okay. Real estate changes, homes change, and sometimes a good reminder arrives at exactly the right time.
You might also receive a text from me when new information is available if I have your mobile number and you’ve agreed to receive texts. If you’d prefer a different way of hearing from me, just use the Contact Preferences option and I’ll update your preferences.

Most of all, I want these messages to be worth opening. Sometimes they’ll help you solve a problem. Sometimes they may answer a question you hadn’t thought to ask yet.
