Can You Believe It’s Been a Year Already?

It’s hard to believe a full year has passed since your home sold. I wanted to mark the anniversary, say hello, and let you know I still think about the clients I’ve had the privilege of helping long after the closing is complete.

I hope the past year has treated you well and that you’ve continued to find some of the information I send useful. Whether your sale was smooth from beginning to end or required a little extra problem-solving along the way, I remain grateful that you trusted me to help you through it.

And if something real estate-related comes up now, I’m still here. Maybe you need a contractor or local resource. Maybe you’re curious about the value of your current home.
