Can You Believe It’s Been a Year Already?

It’s hard to believe a year has already passed since we closed the sale of your home. I remember that day as the end of a transaction, but I also hope it wasn’t the end of our relationship.

Whether the sale went exactly according to plan or gave us a few stories to tell along the way, I remain grateful that you trusted me with something that mattered to you. Homes carry memories, decisions, and sometimes whole chapters of our lives with them. Helping someone move on from one is never just paperwork to me.

So this anniversary is really just an excuse to say hello and remind you that I’m still here. If you need a contractor, wonder what your current home is worth, have a real estate question, or simply need the name of someone reliable, call me.

And if someone you care about begins talking about buying or selling, I’d be honored if you thought of me. If they’re somewhere outside my market, I’ll still do my best to help them find someone who will take good care of them.
