Happy second home anniversary! By now, you’ve had plenty of time to get to know your home—not just how it looks, but how it lives. I hope it’s continued to be a place that suits you well and that you’ve enjoyed making it increasingly your own.
I’ve tried to stay useful along the way by sharing information about homeownership, maintenance, improvements, the market, and other things that may help you make good decisions about your home. Some of it may be useful today. Other information may become useful somewhere down the road. Either way, I hope you know you can always reach out when a question comes up.
