Three years of home—and who knows what’s next?
Happy third home anniversary! Three years ago, you were starting something new. Since then, you’ve had time to make the home yours, tackle a few projects, build traditions, and create a whole lot of life inside those walls.
And here’s something else that’s exciting: your home may be in a very different place financially than it was on closing day. Markets change, neighborhoods evolve, improvements add up, and sometimes it’s fun just to see where things stand. If you’d ever like an updated look at your home’s value or what’s happening around you, I’d be happy to put the pieces together.
Of course, you don’t have to be planning a move. Sometimes it’s just useful to know. And if a move, investment, renovation decision, or new idea does come along someday, you’ll already have a better sense of your options.
