Happy third anniversary in your home! Three years is long enough for a place to become more than somewhere you moved into. By now, you’ve probably made changes, created routines, celebrated milestones, and filled the home with memories that weren’t there on closing day.
It’s also a good time to remember that your home is more than where you live. It’s an important part of your financial picture, and its value may have changed since you purchased it.
