Has it really been a month already? I hope the boxes are disappearing, you’ve found the best place to sit with your morning coffee, and there have already been a few moments when you’ve looked around and thought, “Yes. This feels like home.”

I wanted to check in because our relationship didn’t end when I handed you the keys. Homes have a way of generating questions after you’ve lived in them for a while, and sometimes you just need the name of a good plumber, electrician, landscaper, or someone else you can trust. If I know someone who can help, I’m always happy to make the connection.

I’m also including some home maintenance ideas you may find useful. There’s always something to learn about a new home, and taking care of the little things along the way can make living there that much easier.
