Three years ago, we sat on the same side of an important moment in your life: saying goodbye to one home and whatever that chapter represented for you. I was grateful to be part of it then, and three years later, I’m even more grateful that we’ve stayed connected.
That’s one of my favorite parts of this business. The paperwork ends. The closing happens. Everybody moves on. But the people don’t have to disappear from each other’s lives.
So when I send you an article or check in on an anniversary like this, there’s no hidden requirement that you need to be buying or selling. I simply want you to know I’m still here. If you need a contractor, have a question about your current home, wonder what it’s worth, or need a real estate opinion from someone you already know, call me.
And if someone you care about needs help, I’d be honored if you introduced us. Three years after your own sale, you know me well enough to know how I’ll treat someone whose name comes from you. If they’re outside my market, I’ll do my best to find someone who will care for them just as thoughtfully.
